Can multiple people work on the same property?
Yes. PropBot is built for shared work, so more than one person can help manage the same property.
How shared work works
A property can be managed by:
- an owner
- a company team
- a group or HOA
- a project team
- outside helpers like vendors or contractors, if they are invited into the right workspace
What each person can do
Depending on their role, people can:
- view the property
- update details
- manage documents
- handle invoices
- work on projects
- help with messages and approvals
How to give access
- Open the right workspace, such as My Properties, My Companies, or My Groups.
- Use Send Invites to invite the right people.
- Choose the correct company or group.
- Send the invite to the people who need access.
- Assign the right role and permissions after they join.
Good to know
- PropBot keeps all work tied to the same property record.
- People do not all need the same access.
- You should only invite people who should באמת see or manage that property.
- Shared work is most useful when you want owners, managers, vendors, tenants, or project partners to stay aligned in one place.
