You do not need to manage many properties to get started. You can begin with one item and grow later if you want.

How it works

  1. Create your account on Sign Up.

  2. Start with the item you need:

 - [Start a Project](https://www.propbot.com/projects)

  1. Add the main details first.

  2. Invite other people only if you need help.

  3. Upgrade only if your workload grows.
