Why Can’t I Sign In to PropBot?

If you cannot sign in, something is usually wrong with your email, username, or password.

Common Reasons

  • You typed the wrong email or username

  • You typed the wrong password

  • Your password has caps or spelling mistakes

  • You do not have an account yet

  • Your account needs a password reset

What To Try

  1. Check your email or username.

 - Make sure it is spelled correctly.
 - Look for extra spaces.
  1. Check your password.

 - Passwords are case-sensitive.
 - Make sure `Caps Lock` is off.
  1. Make sure you already have an account.
