How do I invite team members, vendors, tenants, or clients?
Use the Send Invites page to invite people into the right workspace.

Steps
Open Send Invites.
Choose the invite type:
- **Company** for team members, vendors, and clients linked to a business
- **Group** for HOAs, boards, and member-based communitiesSelect the correct company or group.
Enter one or more email addresses.
Add an optional message if you want.
Click Send.

What happens next
The person gets an invite email.
The invite sends them into PropBot onboarding.
After they sign up, they are linked to the correct company or group.
Their access depends on the role and permissions you assign.
Notes
PropBot currently uses company and group invites.
There is not a separate invite type just for vendors, tenants, or clients.
Invite people only into the workspace they should actually use.
If someone already has an account, they can sign in and join from the invite flow.
