How do I change my password?

How to Change Your Password on PropBot

If you already know your current login, you can change your password from your account page.

What You Need

• Your PropBot account

• Your email and current password, if the site asks you to sign in again

• A new password that follows these rules:

• At least 10 characters long

• One uppercase letter

• One lowercase letter

• One number

• One special character from: @ $ ! % * ? & - _

Steps

1. Sign in to PropBot.

 - [Sign in](/signin)

2. Open your account page.

 - Go to [Dashboard > Profile](/dashboard/profile)

3. Select the Password tab.

4. Enter your new password in the New Password box.

5. Enter the same password again in the Confirm New Password box.

6. Click Save Changes.

7. If PropBot asks you to sign in again, do that to finish the update.

Password Rules

Your new password must match all of these rules:

• 10 characters or more

• At least 1 uppercase letter

• At least 1 lowercase letter

• At least 1 number

• At least 1 special character from @ $ ! % * ? & - _

If You Forgot Your Password

If you do not know your current password, use the reset flow instead.
