Wrap Around..

Hi all, I wanted to know a little more about wrap mortgage. Can someone be kind of enough to explain to me what exactly what it is and can you use examples.

For my understanding a wrap is like this:

1st mortgage 400,000
wrap around 430,000

Now would the wrap around be in the 1st position since its more than the original mortage or what?
Please can someone explain thanks..

    Skiptracers are worth their weight in gold. A skiptracer and a P.I. are not the same thing! Actually it is quite insulting to be labelled a PI. In Ohio a PI only has to take a test on Ohio`s laws regarding what a PI can and can not do, then get fingerprinted/bonded/insured & pay a yearly fee to worthless Gov. Taft(Thanks for re-electing me. Oh, BTW, the budget here is in trouble, gotta raise taxes/fees"wink. After you pay up for being a PI you still don`t have any skills!!!!!!! Most of the time a skiptracer works on contingency. Most on-line "skiptracers" just pull Social Searches which are credit bureau report(`bureaus) header info and they don`t do anything on contingent. www.FindTheSeller.com comes to mind --- they guaranteed nothing and charged for everything. Real skiptracers have skills and prove it. I can find your sellers, BUT, I have to charge a "no Hit" fee if no info returned. You have to remember that most people facing BK ch7/foreclosure have shut their phone off, are running around with a NorthCoast PCS phone and just aren`t opening their mail -- post cards get dumped with all the mortgage co./attorney defication that they get in ther mail, so ya gotta realy dig deep to find these people, these people have their heads in the sand and are still eating out ever night and putting the meal on plastic . and remember if ya ain`t paying third federal for your mortgage, ya ain`t paying citicorp visa and national city bank for your honda odyssey. You are hiding from everybody -- repoman/bank/collection calls. We still find these people, as wellas their bank account for judgements, their POE (place of employment) to garnish wages and their van to make pedestrians out of them. The sellers that are found are the ones ready to sign-over their deeds `cause nobody has talked to them yet.
