Wondering About Realestate In Buffalo NY
What is the market like in Buffalo NY 
I am just wondering if a newbie like me can have a bird-dog in NY working on both of our behalf. Also how to facilitate the deal. Can I do it with out going to Buffalo or do I have to travel.
I too am curious about Buffalo. Why are there so many extremely cheap properties there that will rent for a decent amount of money? There aren't many parts of the country where you can buy a rental and have it paid off through positive cash flow in a year or so. I'm on the West coast so I've never experienced anything like that. What is going on back there??
according ti the data I have looked at the Buffalo area is undergoing negative population & job growth. That would explain at least the near term stagnation & low priced real estate because there is not a strong case for future price appreciation .
