Willing Mentor In Tulsa??
I have done lots of reading and I hope to find an investor that might be willing to help me here in the Tulsa market. I know there are good deals here, it just helps to gain insite from someone that has done it before.
I am not looking for a baby sitter, just someone I can call and ask questions of or help me evaluate a couple of deals.

That's the thing. I need to raise some capital and then I want to get into rentals. I was wanting to flip some deals and then maybe look at foreclosures and pre-foreclosures. I have a hard money lender that will invest if the deal is good enough, so I just wanted to get started on the right track with a seasoned investor. I haven't done a RE deal yet, but I know it's the way to go. Any thoughts on my thoughts??
