Does anyone know of any leads in Massachusetts on single family homes...Whats a good market to get into...I see no one speak of anything in Masachussetts. please help.
I agree with patrecejames. PLease describe what you have attempted and how many hours at each endeavor. It's all a numbers game, some say calling 30-45 motivated sellers will net you one deal.
Have you looked at Lowell or Worcester? Both seem to be solid smaller cities that are much cheaper than anything inside 95. I would recommend driving around and looking at the neighborhoods while scouting out houses with for sale signs.
Then go to the Worcester investors meeting at the Holiday Inn, Al Kosinski is the speaker, and NO ONE knows more or has been more successful in real estate investing in this state than Al.
But you better expect to work HARD and educate yourself at the same time.

try the real estate classifieds, fsbos sites, mls, ask other investors in your area how they found theirs.
