Whsl: More Common As No/low-cash, Or Larger Cash?

For those of you with going wholesale businesses, is it more common for you to wholesale properties with no or a low outlay of cash on your part, or do most transactions involve a fairly large outlay of cash on your part?

Are you acquiring before turning the property, or mainly assigning?

If taking title, do you use your own money to buy then sell receiving the recoup plus profit, or do you use the end-buyer's money escrowed for a simultaneous closing?

The only out of pocket cost you should incure would be an Earnet Money Deposit.
