Wholesaling In California. Which Purchase Contract Do I Use?

I am getting ready to put some properties under contract to sell. Should I use the standard CAR form or can I use the general forms I have from my other sources? Maybe outline the steps to do this would be helpful too as this is my first time doing this. I plan on listing these on Ebay and Bid 4 Assets. Your tips will be so helpful!

    I have a quick question for you?? How do you obtain a property at wholesale?? are you buying them directly from the bank at a discounted price?? What exactly is wholesale??
