I am interested in wholesaling. OF those that have seen both, what course would you reccomend and why: Dwan's and Sharon's; or Scott Rister? I can afford both, but don't think I need to buy both. Thanks
Scott Rister is a good overall course. I have heard that Legrand course is pretty good too. They all include contracts and real-life scenarios. I would try Scott course and maybe try Legrand next if you feel you still have more to learn.
