Where To Look For Deals In Seattle For Homes
STILL looking to buy a House/Land DEAL in Seattle area?? I am sure there it is happening all the time in seattle area...Like I see so many Deal , here in Florida.
IF Anyone out there knows where to start in KING county, please let me know. which banks, trustees, court ordered, direct marketing? etc. I do a lots of direct marketing in FLorida, but couldnt get a list of Tax delinquents in King County??

It is much better to look for agents who will help you to find better deals in Seattle and hence will be very beneficial looking for buying homes.
I agree with Savana. You should find a good real estate agent. He can help you to find property at best prices. You can get listings of local real estate agents across US at sites like www.winstonestateagency.com or search on Google.
