Where To Go To Start Researching For Your First Foray Into RE

Hi All,

I am an aussie coming over to the USA in July and was wondering if anybody knows where to go to obtain property reports on where to invest in the USA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    1. Looking for mutli apts, duplex etc.
    2. Foreclosures, Distressed Sales
    3. Investment $ will vary - probably - $25k - $ 150k diversified
    between properties
    4. Long term investor

    I looked into them a while back. I have heard recently, that they have filed for bankruptcy. You better do your homework with them.
