When Is Assignment Fee Collected ?
at what paticular point in time should i request assignment fee?also....lets say i bring seller under contract.seller wants $115,000, home is worth $160,000 after repairs. $45,000 profit, right? {minimum repairs} do i tell my "buyer" assignment fee is .....lets say $5000 , or do i assign contract price as $120,000...... hope you all can help me think this through. now whats the best way to structure this contract so that i will get $5000 assignment fee? im aware of the "and/or assigns" clause. just not clear on how i will get paid. this is the best website out there. been member about 2 weeks, and this website is so inspirational to me....i am so ready to bring some deals in. i know it will take time, but guys....this newbie is so fired up and ready to conquer. please respond.....im waiting.
