When do you get paid?
When you assign flip a property when do most get paid the assignment fee? Is it at time of assignment or at closing?

You get your assignment fee at closing with my experience. I would think you can get paid by your investor before closing ,b ut that isnt a realistic situation for the investor.
I have never been paid before the closing. everything is taken care of at closing. Hope this helps
