What To Do
I have Purchased to Big Bucks E-Book and plan on doing this in my area (NE to Central Ohio) I think I know what I want to do when I can start to purchase, someone give me a good opinion. I have the Carleton Sheets Program as well and when I get the extra $ I will be getting the Sub2 course by John Locke. My intentions are to negotiate creative deals L/O or Sub2 for a year or so on each deal so as to create a good Pos cash flow and then resell them for the ultimate profit. I have no $ to put in nor the credit to just get the required loans. I am also willing to create deals on homes and litterally giving the deals to investors for a fee all they would have to finiallize .is this possible.
