What Do I Do With All These Leads?

rbw4 profile photo

ok, i'm signed up to get leads in my email box for my state (but mostly prefer the ones for my city).......if these leads are out of my city, what do i do with them?........I'm in Texas and it seems as though we have more property than not to sell....i'm sitting on these (have yet to do my first deal yet) and just wondering....is it normal to invest in property outside of your normal "investing" area?.......are there any long-timers out there who invest in other cities?......and if so, how do you handle it?.........any advice would be greatly appreciated in this area.....i'm on Texas Leads overload here!....sombody tell me what to do with all of 'em!

Start calling them and when somebody will sit with an investor, look in the newspaper for that town for somebody that buys houses, call them and ask if there interested and what they would pay you if they buy your deal/lead. This is a real general overview of what to do but, you must start dialing.

    Hopes this helps=

you should get incontact with them first, you don't want to send anyone cold leads, they'll learn to not take you seriously real quick....give them a ring and feel them out

    Work the leads...expand you territory...
get them working and wholessale them if you need to...dont let the money go....if there is enough profit in them work it to the end..
