What Are You Paying Your Birddog?

I have had a potential party contact me regarding Birddoging. She didn't give a proposal and or fee request in her email. I think she is just starting out, and she asked what I was willing to pay? Since I have never used a birddog I said I would have to get back. Is there a rule of thumb? Avg.? %? Thanks, Kevin from NJ

    Be willing to pay a lot for clear profits and pay very little for so-so leads.

    You want her to call you when she really has something but not to pay for her time.

    If you are just trying to hire staff consider what an office worker costs when they work from home.
