Website Lists Of Investor Or FSBO Props For Quick Sale! Profit For Us!

realztate profile photo

Does anybody know websites which most investors, rehabbers or wholesalers list their properties? If so please list them here.

I am talking about below market value properties, NOT websites like www.realtor.com, despite its conditions.

These places will list the properties that an owner just wants a quick sale because of its conditions, investors wanting to make wholesale profits by selling it to us, no matter where they got the properties from (pre-foreclosure, foreclosure auction, tax sale, etc...) and we retail them after fixing it up if necessary.

Maybe the investors have fixed it up and they are still selling it for below market value for quick sale and still make a profit, while still leaving room for us to profit retail, or REO.

These investors, owners will list them at the websites.

Sorry to disappoint you but it really doesn't work that way. The more work a bargain is to find the better of a bargain its likely to be. Think of it this way, how would the web-site you are looking for advertise to find listers: "well, everything on our site sells for 30 to 40% less than on the competition but you should list here anyway so that Ruiz can make a bundle."

    Guess again.

What you are looking for is someone who either hasn't got the gumption or the brains to market their house more efficiently. If they could find such a site they wouldn't need you.

Are you looking for Wholesaler's websites? There's a TON of those things around. I'm talking about companies whose full time occupation is to find fixer-uppers, buy'em/get'em under their control, and sell them. Heck, there's even franchises that do that, such as Homevestors. So, I'm not sure what you're trying to find at this point...

    Hi Jam200,

Wholesaler's websites are fine, I've looked into HomeVestors and it looks good. Do you think you can list a few of the larger wholesaler websites?

Actually I happened to bump into a website a while ago when surfing the internet, on the website there are many listings of properties that investors and wholesalers selling for under market value just for quick sale, some need repairs, and some rehabbed.

I think the website is very comprehensive, there is a price of which the seller is selling for, a market value, repair costs needed, and profit estimation.

I guess this website is for those wholesalers' that dont have a website and want to sell on the net.

I am still kicking myself for not bookmarking the site!!!!!

For wholesaling your property to another investor, you should do it on TCI.

If you are wanting to get leads from people who are in dire straits, you need to check out our sister website www.sellanyhousequick.com. Leads from there are brought over here to TCI and displayed in the Residential Properties area, ONLY after there aren't any investors who purchased that zipcode on SAHQ.
