Weasel Clause
HEY GUYS!!!!
Is there anyone familiar with weasel clauses for the state of Texas. I was told that dispite the fact that you may have a weasel clause in the offering, the seller "May come back and Force you to buy"? I thought the weasel clause protected you from any obligation if it is clearly stated: Ex "Subject to obatining financing."
