I won't give you mine exactly but depending on the type of people you want to attract, you basically are telling people that if they are in a bad scenario (you can list some examples) there is hope and possibly an answer and you might be the right person.
Reassure them that they have made the right call to some degree and make it seem personal. Do not make it long! Some will tell you to, some will tell you not to, but I am telling you to make it no longer then 30 secs at all. I agree that sometimes the length does help, but most of the times people just want to give their info out.
