Im interested in buying up a block of lots in a subdivision that is undeveloped. I want to write an effective letter to the owners and try to get them cheap, obviously. Any suggestions?
ANy letter is better than no letter. I would contact them face to face if possible as then it becomes more personal and you will close more transactions face to face.
