VA Closing Cost
The home I am looking at right now is owned by the VA and has been for quite some time. Does the VA pay for the closing or do I. I don't plan on using my VA benefits to purchase the home but I still don't know how closing works. Or who will pay the realtor. Me or the VA? All help as always is very appreciated you all are truely wonderful people.
