Type Of Areas To Farm
Just wanted to know what type of areas you wholesalers focus on? I live in somewhat of a rural area (not many junkers) so I'm kinda having a hard time trying to determine where to look and focus myself on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :-) :-)

So you don't focus on a particular area (city, sub etc) you work in areas that show up in those places you describe in your answer? Thanks for the reply.
I focus mostly in states and cities with high foreclosure areas - I currently buy, sell & hold in 14 states and 47 major markets throughout the United States. And use the above list to mostly market each area along with a few other methods of marketing.

Are these areas blue collar mostly or are they like one step above the war zones?
