Transactinal Funding
Hi SR,
These guys were trying to point you to transactional or one day funding. There are several companies out there that charge from 1.95 % to 2.5% to fund a deal like this, some have no upfront fee and others do. The ones that do generaly fund up to 120 days and have a course for you to go through to, as they put it, teach you the legalities. Just look for transactional funding in a search engine and you will find plenty.
