Title Search Info
I recently had a seller contact me about a home she wanted to sell below retail value. She did inform me of problems with liens against the property she found when a title search was done. The total amount came to about $7500.00. The liens where mostly in the name of her 3 sons who have criminal backgrounds and tax problems. Is there any solutions I can offer this seller as an investor or is there no deal here.

Are the sons on the title in any way? how come these Liens are attaching to her house if they are not her debts?
