Title Company In Atlanta GA
I'm a wholesaler and I am looking for a good title company in Fulton County Atlanta GA. Also looking for investors/rehabbers or contractors to sell property to.

I don't know if you know this or not so please do not fault me if I insult your intelligence! In the state of Georgia you must conduct all of your closings with an attorney. If you need one, PM me and I can lead you in the right direction. The only other reason why I think you may be asking is for title insurance. But it looks like you are wholesaling, so you don't need to worry about that--your buyer does. Just make sure that you are getting a warrenty deed whenever possible to make it easier for the buyer. In my experience, quit claim deeds are considered risky in Georgia. Correct me if am wrong, guys.

I see houses with quit claim deeds sold all the time. If you can get a good title search, and title insurance on a house, it don't matter if the property's been quit-claimed. joymarie, look for the local gareia, post on it, and you'll have 50 people wanting to be on your list. Just GOOGLE for GAREIA, and you'll find it. Good luck, all!
