Title company/attorney double closing
Does anyone know of title company or attorney that do double or simultaneous closings in the Chicagoland area.
Do I need to work with an attorney or is it okay for me to work directly with the title company?
I don't know of anyone in Chicago, but I would suggest going to your local investment club and speaking with investors there about your needs. You can get referrals directly from people who use them.
