Title Agent Interviews
I've recieved about twenty requests for my Investor/Rehabber questionaire, so now I'd like to turn the tables.
I'm looking for a title agent to use for my double escrow deals. Does anyone have a script they use or can suggest some questions I should pose? I have an idea, but I'm not shy about asking for advice. Any help will be greatly appreciated as always.

I am an investor who is presently working with title company right now and I would like to try out another company. I know you work for a reputable company and I would like to establish a relationship with your company.
What type of rate could you give me on my title policies?
Well, I am presently paying 65% of base rate with no sub-escrow with my present title company. They will also do binder to binder and sell me title insurance without a formal escrow. They also give me free "farm-packages", access to free
property profiles from my home computer, and I can get a prelim done in
2-3 days.
What kind of service can you offer my company? Why don't you talk to your regional manager and get back to me with what you can offer me. I would love to do business with you.
