The Right Paperwork For Chicago?

lumaflux profile photo

I am very new to this and about to jump into the deep end. I am still confused about what paperwork/forms to use and where to get them for Chicago. (I heard Chicago is a little different) I was told "Order from Horder" to get my POA. What else do I need for the deal? I am working on flipping properties and looking for the forms to safely aquire the property.
Thanks in advance. :-?

Try office max. You can order on line and they have a wide variety of business forms and software.

Chicago Title and trust has a very nice form contract for the purchase of single family homes and they will give you as many copies as you wish for free (but only half a dozen or so at a time).

They also have forms for apartment buildings up to 4 units and a couple of others which slip my mind right now.
