TEXAS - looking for BDs and REIs
I'm looking to form a network with all of you hard working, ambitious Bird Dogs and Investors in different parts of Texas. I am in San Antonio, and I am starting my BDing service this week. I would love to get in contact with all of you ladies and gentlemen who allready have experience with what is hot and what is not in different cities accross Texas. Thank you.
I just started bird-dogging in Houston a few weks ago. I'm still in the learning phase and networking with people. I'm going to an REI club meeting this weekend to network some more and find some investors to work for.

I'll definitely post stories of success once I get going. Hopefully I can get some investors to work for and learn from them so I can become an REI too.
