Term Sheet
Hello all,
Has anyone used a term sheet for deals before you sign a contract. How does it work for you?
My attorney said that the best way for this to work in New York is to fill out a Term Sheet first with everything you agree upon with the homeowner and then the attorney will draft a Contract from that term sheet. Has anyone have to do this in New York or have they used just a standard contract. Thanks so much guys for your responses ahead of time.

I would find a buddy to buy it and split the profits.
Buy it in a land trust and then assign the beneficial interest within the land trust or llc.
