Tax Foreclsoure Question
I am in the process of bidding on a tax foreclosure. My question is it true that the tax foresclosure is superior to other Mtg liens so I am not obligated to satisfy them and the only way for the bank to get their lien (mtg) satisfied is by bidding on the property themself unless the bidding price go over the mtg amount then they will get there money??
