I recommend buying Cash's course. He goes over the paperwork in the course. He also goes over the most important part of the Sub To process. It is hard to believe but the most important part of the process is the presentation, not the paperwork. Even if you have the paperwork, do you know what to tell the seller. Or even what to ask the seller. It would be very hard to learn this on your own. It is a steal for the price he charges.

I strongly suggest you buy John Locke's manual. Everything is in there. In my opinion it is the best book there is. It works like a blueprint.

    Jenwil,
Are you asking someone to violate copyright laws, and steal from John Locke, a guy who spends 1/2 his day helping people for free?
    If so you are lame.
If your not asking for that, then Im sorry for calling you lame.
Buy his books, and you can post on TCI how good they are... ( I did, and I do)

Jenwil, what information are you asking for. If you cannot come up with the $150 to buy Cash's manual then you shouldn't be doing deals anyway.
