I work via e-mail with anyone who wants to use a land trust. I am big on making sure everything is State Specific, not using a Generic Form (one size fits all) in real estate transactions.

John will research what works in your area, of course we will still tell you to run it by an Attorney, it will cost alot less to have an Attorney review it because John is pretty much on target every time. He works with statistics to help find the motivated sellers, just so much he is knowledgeable in, really to much to mention here.

This is a priority of ours, but we will not release it until it is absolutley correct.
The system basically is used in finding Motivated Sellers by using the correct copy on post cards and print ads, targeting a specific area for sellers that are ready to sell, if you have it 'good by competition'.

The DMS (Demographic Marketing System) is still under development which will be available soon. The DMS system will assist the investor in locating motivated sellers by demographics in human behavior and direct marketing.
We believe this will revolutionize the REI industry.
The two courses are set up as stand alone or can be used in conjunction with each other, so they can be used separately.
I do realize that there is a course in print on this site right now but unless I can figure out how to print money then I will have to save up for the course. Funds are low at the moment.
