Anyone who bought the course-are you happy with it, does it cover everything? is it worth it? are there other flipping courses I should know about? thanks, Craig

I found it to be very general information. There was no groundbreaking info. that you could not find on this site with a little bit of work. It is really only a book, and not a course. But for the price, you would expect alot more than you get. I would try either Rister's or Legrands wholesaling course.

I plan on buying Rister's course after I close my first deal and using it as a reference.
I have both Steve Cook's book and Rister's Course. In my opinion Rister's Course is very comprehensive.
Both are good, but I would reccomend Scott Risters Course.
