Newbie... After you get a property under contract, how you find a title company that will do fast closing or should I say simultaneous closing?
Newbie... After you get a property under contract, how you find a title company that will do fast closing or should I say simultaneous closing?
Make sure before you order title that the title company is confortable iwith a simultaneaous closing and that they will put it on two seperate huds.
You might also contact your local real estate investor club, someone from there should certainly be able to reccomend a title company

Of course investors may be using hard money which, my guy only requires clear title and possibly an appraisal.
For end buyers, they need to get title, insurance, lender commitment, appraisal, etc.
