Simultaneous Closing In Central Ohio?
Does anyone know a title company that will do simultaneous closing in Central Ohio? I called a few companies that told me “We don’t do anything like that.” Unfortunately, some local Investors don’t want to give away their contacts.”
Wrong word to use " Simultaneous Closing". You may approach them in this fashion by telling them you have a home under contract and before you could close you got a great offer and if they handle open title closings.
Or you can go to a local real estate attorney.

Your best ways to find a real estate attorney is by word of mouth from another investor or check them out at the tax office and see how many properties they own.
