Simoultaneous Closings In Va And NC?
Does anyone know of a company in Virginia (Hampton Roads) that performs simoutaneous closings? Im also looking for the same in North Carolina ( Charlotte) if possible. If any one can help me on this I would greaty appreciate it.
I use meridian title in Richmond, VA for all of mine in Virginia

North Carolina is an attorney state. No title companies. You just have to survey all the local attorneys in your area that do real estate settlements. The real estate agents can give you leads to the attorneys that they might suggest to their clients.
