San Angelo Texas
My brother in law is moving to San Angelo with the Air Force. He is wanting to know what is the general situation with real estate there and how the market is moving.
Additionally he would like to find a fixer upper while there and might be a gtood wholesale candidate.
If anyone has any information on the area please let me know so that I can pass it on to him.....

It would appear that there is no market in San ANgelo and that no investors are active there.....

You would have to rewrite the P&S contract to have the retail buyer purchasing directly from the seller and you would be on the seller side of the HUD for your assignment fee.

What does a conventional lender think of a 10K-20K assignment fee on the HUD? My experience is that most lenders would frown upon this.
