What is a good price to charge for my service when purcahsing an reo with my investor? What should the fee be? for instance if the property is 40 percent below market value what should I charge for my service for getiing him a good deal?

Example: When running the comps with my agent the house can sell for 90,000 t0 95,000 before (ARV). The bank is asking for 52,000.

    John,

What does a wholesaler charge when purchasing the home and selling it to an investor is it, 15/20% - I only ask this because I want to be competitive for my investor showing him that iI will have a better rate?

    Thanks

You soon will have to evaluate the value of "comp" service. Is it a dinner? $500, a percentage.

What I was trying to get at, is is all the agent is doing is providing comps, what does the "comp" service from the Realtor going to cost you.

Do they get part of the commission?
Do you pay them a flat fee?
    etc.

Or do you develop access to other resources that have that same info
