First off i wanted to know if anyone has heard of the marshall and swift home repair book? Is it the best book to evaluate repairs in terms of adding valuse. I also wanted to know what is the best way to get involved if i dont have any credit or asset( just graduated from college) but i wanted to start my llc asap

Try starting with some subject 2 deals. Use the existing financing and nothing out of your pocket. Mr. John Locke has a great deal of info on this subject available here. I love this method. Good luck
