Rehabbing Fire Damage Houses

I would like to know where can I possibly get money to rehab fire damages houses. the 4 homes that I am looking to purchse would most like appraise for about 60,000 to 70,000 each. Do anyone know of any lenders who would lend the money to this type of deal.
