Realty Companies
I have been doing market research in my area and I have found that a realty company basically finds property for their list of buyers. Has anyone encountered this? Can someone tell me how this works? I am in the process of putting together my first deal and I am trying to find a few solid investor buyers so I can move the property quickly once I have one under contract. (exit strategy) I have not ran into any serious individual investors yet (still looking). Ay help or guidance you can provide will be appreciated.
