Real Estate Investing Franchises...
does anyone have any experience with real estate investing franchises? can you please maybe share your experience....ie some of the pros and cons? or just anyone who has heard anything about the pros and cons of franchising compared to just starting from scratch.....im prepared to do either...i was just doing some research and saw a few franchises online that offer assistance and financing with the franchising... thanks in advance!

I only wait until closing to collect on assignment fees if they are large and broken up. I am sellnig 1-5 houses a week on assignment and 90% of them I get all of the assignment fee up front. If it is a big assignment and the buyer pushes me to, I will break it up. Like if it is 30k, maybe 10k up front, 10k in two weeks and 10k at closing. If you have multiple people fighting for the same deal, which is good, tell them the one with the most up front gets it
