Question Regarding Owner Financing
I have a property under contract that the owning bank will finance for me. I plan to owner finance this property to a buyer that I already have found. Is this transaction going to fly or will it force a DOS clause? I'm buying this property with an investor type loan, so they know I plan to put someone else in the property.
