Question On Finders Fee
I am a real estate investor and i just moved from Portland OR. Most of my real estate operations is assigning contracts. I am not really familer with the laws in GA. My question is: other than assigning a contract, is it illegal in the state of Georgia to get paid on a real estate transaction by bird dog fees or finders fees without a real estate license. If it is not legal how does one legally get paid if he is a middle man between an investor that has a property on contract and a buyer that was found by the middle man
