Question On Advertisements
I am thinking of putting up a sign called I BUY HOUSES near my neighborhood so that I can attract people who are in default in their payments. This is the first time I am doing it and I am not sure of a few things:
1- Who typically makes this ads. For example, when I open up yellow pages, who should I be looking for.
2 - Is it advisable to list my cell phone on the ad or do you advice to get a separate phone number
I would appreciate any other relevant tips on this topic.

You can find sign makers everywhere, including the internet. Do a google search for "bandit signs".
Another thing you should look for is local ordinances about using these signs. Some cities/towns have rules against them and can fine you for having them up. Forewarned is forearmed!
The phone number is up to you. If you plan on personally answering all the calls, which some people find works best, by all means put your cell number. If that's not possible (because of your day job, etc.), then you could get an 800 number or answering service to take the calls for you.
