Question about Deeding property rights to my LLC? Please Advise.
i have a seller willing to deep her property over to my LLC. In return, i will give her a sum of money and proceed to rehab and sell.
what are the exact steps? do mortgage companies frown upon this? i have done a title search and know that she has a first and second mortage only. No other liens.
someone told me that after i get it deeded over, i have to file something else to make sure no one else can put liens on the property.
any info would be greatly appreciated.
